Seeking Manager, Produce Product with manufacturing operations
Location: Cushing, OK

Responsibilities
• Plans, organizes, and regulates the production and maintenance operations to guarantee effective return on capital
• Translates strategic objectives into departmental plans to achieve and to maintain effective operational and safety performance
• Conducts human resources activities for the operations department
• Provides personal direction in the resolution of operating problems in order to maintain quality, productivity, uptime, and cost levels
• Encourages fact based problem solving and continuous improvement to drive quality, productivity, uptime, and cost improvements

Requirements
• BS engineering, operations management or related field
• Minimum five years experience in a manufacturing operations management role
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat required
• Aptitude with AutoDesk AutoCAD and Inventor preferred
